1-on-1 video training sessions are conducted via Zoom. We focus exclusively on personalized training tailored to your needs.

Custom Packages: Packages are designed based on your preferences, including the number of sessions per week and the duration you’d like to commit to.

Session Length: Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Trial Session: You can start with a trial session to see how it fits your needs.
