How it works?

Ideally, Training is an on going journey and customized plan has more flexibility to your goals. Here is how subscription works ..

1. You will pay for the first month and continue until you reach your goals.

2. You can stop the payment from the day you are not satisfied with the progress and continue using the plan for the days left in the month with all assistance and support from me.

3. Billed monthly and payment link will be sent every month.

4. You will have access to new workout routines and modified Maddy's exercise as you go long term.
